Meet Luther

My name is Luther Moses Versulien I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Model, and a Licensed Practical Nurse. Through Instagram, Facebook, and other social media I have been able to inspire many people, and help them reach their fitness goals. I get various questions about my workout routines, for example my ab routine, chest routine and shoulder routine. As for my nutrition plan, I get many questions as to how I am able to eat various "dirty" foods and maintain my abs. I believe in making a nutrition plan sustainable, with variety, and flavor.
