About
Growing up, as a linebacker for my high school football team, at 6’1” and 150 pounds, I sought a stronger physique with greater muscle mass. At 18 years old, I was forced to take my diet to raw basics after being diagnosed with gastritis which led to ulcers of my stomach lining and severe abdominal pain. I learned to heal from the inside out, focusing on re-introducing nutritional balance to my body and introducing confidence to my mentality. My own healing process aligned with my desire to help others through a career in nursing. As I furthered my education as a Nurse, I earned my ACE Certification in Personal Training. This combination of expertise provides me with a unique understanding of anatomy, wellness, and an appreciation for the vast differences each individual face with their own body and wellness challenges and goals.
My goal is to be your personal Coach on your own journey to wellness. At LV Fitness, I strive to tailor both nutrition and exercise plans to fit to your individual body type, fitness level, goals, timeline, and desired results. No two people are alike, which is why in additional to a personalized approach, I offer 24/7 support through personal contact with me so I can learn your body’s needs, monitor your progress, and help to keep you on track. Clients of every demographic and from any level of fitness (from beginner to expert) are welcome. I seek clients who are motivated, determined, consistent, and ready to make a change. No excuses.

As the founder of LV Fitness, my motto is to help you start where you are, use what you have, and do what you can. No excuses.
I am a Haitian and Native American ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Model, and a Licensed Practical Nurse. I was raised in West Palm Beach, Florida and after living in Florida and Georgia for several years, I now reside in Gainesville, Florida, where LV Fitness is based. My story is as complex as it is simple: Adversity leads to determination, which with perseverance, leads to success.
